UI/UX Production Coordinator for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II (2022)



As a production coordinator for UI/UX team, I...:

  • Helped with the legal pipeline for 2D art assets, as well as facilitating tasks to designers and artists through Jira.

  • Assisted Producers with distributing 2D assets with third-party investors.

  • Provided production note tracking during meeting and playtests, and distributed tasks based on notes appropriately.

  • Communicated with fellow producers and designers in order to fix in-game bugs, as well as fixing in-game 2D assets.

Through this opportunity, I was able to experience the production side of video game development. During this job, I learned to use software such as JIRA and Confluence, and also attended many meetings discussing design strategies that would then be implemented into future development builds. As the production coordinator, I helped with taking the strategies and design ideas from the meetings, into JIRA, which would then be divided out to the appropriate designers.
